We have changing rooms available and our club grounds has 15 acres available for a wide range of uses from sports games to Motorcycle rallys, caravan clubs and championship dog shows. Barkers is the home of competitive amateur rugby in Coventry. We are a proudly amateur club offering a good quality of rugby, a friendly atmosphere and are pleased to welcome both new rugby players and supporters to join our vibrant, thriving, family club. We are always looking for new players and supporters to join the Barkers family. Fantastic rugby club for male and female players of all ages. Genuine family atmosphere and perfect environment for developing teamwork, respect and sportsmanship.
My daughter enjoyed the Wasps sponsored rugby events there for Summer Holidays 2022.

Pitchero was founded in 2007 and is a privately held company. Head office is located in Leeds, UK. Pitchero is a unique platform providing everything a sports club could need to manage their organisations online. Pitchero works in partnership with best in class technology providers across all aspects of sport. Pitchero provides everything a club could need and more. The club runs three senior squads: the national league squad, a development squad, and a social squad. At junior level the club runs one of the oldest mini and youth rugby sections in the country, starting back in the early 1970s, with a colts team for under-18s, and 3 girls teams. We held our children’s birthday party at Broadstreet in July 2022 and couldn’t have been happier with the support and service of all staff involved. From the booking process onward it the team were immensely accommodating, welcoming and professional. The venue and facilities were excellent and we all had a fantastic time.

Old Coventrians Rugby Football Club

What We Offer:
Old Coventrians RFC (OCRFC), was founded in 1930 as the “Old Boys” of King Henry VIII School, Coventry. The club played it’s first game against Earlsdon, winning 6-3. The club now boasts excellent facilities including top quality floodlights, Rhino scrummaging machine and a well equipped gymnasium. The former Co-op sports ground, adjoining our land, has now been purchased by OCRFC with help from a grant from the Lottery Sports Fund. This has recently been levelled, drained and seeded, and will provide a new, full size first team pitch and additional junior training areas from September 1997. In addition to the primary sport of rugby football, the club also supports netball, crown green bowling and race walking sections.SPECIALITY:

We visited for my son’s Rugby match and it was a very well run club with fantastic facilities especially the bacon rolls which were very reasonably priced.
Went to a wedding reception here. They did the catering and it was excellent food. Very good all round.
Very good rugby club. Nice pitches and a very nice and quaint rugby clubhouse. Prices of food and drink are reasonable and for any events that are taking place – Old Coventrians RFC is a perfect place to hold them with the use of the rugby pitches for kids at the event. The changing rooms are quite tired but overall this is a wonderful club and is really good for both holding events and going to play rugby there for any age group.
