I completed a 4 year full-time degree at the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in 2010 with a degree in Osteopathic medicine. I have worked in many established practices including Solihull osteopathic practice and Fiona Passey osteopathic practice as an associate. My approach is holistic, using a wide range of techniques, which may include massage, soft tissue stretching, gentle release techniques or stronger manipulation. I also provide advice on exercise and lifestyle to compliment the treatment. I am also a fully trained cranial osteopath with a wide range of experience in treating babies, children and adults. Elementary Health has been a real find. I have now worked with Michael for about six months and my lower back problems have massively improved. Michael is an excellent coach and really knows how to get me progressing. I am very grateful for the improvements I have been able to make and would recommend Michael for anyone with Chronic back pain or other issues.
I’ve been going to the practice for over a year now and I have certainly seen an improvement in the areas that Michael has been treating. My passion for osteopathy started when i was 15 years old, while working alongside Peter Quinn at an Osteopathic clinic in Coventry. I love my job and love helping people get back on their feet following injuries or pain. Alongside working with the general public I aspire to go back to University to specialise in paediatrics. I very much enjoy working with pregnant women and would love to continue working with them after birth too. I have worked with a wide range of patients from post stroke patients to aspiring young footballers. I continue to work within football teams and enjoy helping young athletes reach theIr potential. Each treatment plan is different, consisting of hands on treatment and home exercises to continue the progress made within the clinic. Every treatment session feels like a reward, Its a great feeling to watch a patient grow back into themselves.

I cannot recommend Shelby enough my back pain was unbearable until I started seeing Shelby who not only fixed my problems but greeted me with a smile always. My only regret is I don’t need to see her anymore as she did such a great job.
Fantastic! I suffered for a long time with shooting shoulder pains, neck pains and immobility to the point of hindering normal tasks, never mind intense training. I could not straighten my arms above my head when I arrived! After being given an in depth interview about all my injuries and issues, given treatment on the day and provided with some exercises to do at home; I can now straighten my arms above my head. This hasn’t been possible in almost a year, I can’t stress how much I value this. I will be continuing to see Shelby about my many other broken bits and bobs, I can’t recommend her enough.
I’ve had an ongoing back problem for nearly 30 years. Having tried a number of alternatives Shelby was recommend to me and whilst I will never be as fit as I was, my back is the now the best it’s been for many years thanks to her. Highly recommended.

Liam is an amazing healer, although he doesn’t profess anything of the sort. Problems unrelated to my reason for treatment have vanished after the visit. I have been going to him for about 15 years now, when necessary, which to be fair is not that often – results, however, often exceed expectations. Liam, please be immortal as well.
Liam was recommended to me and thank goodness he was. I was in so much pain when I first went, everything hurt, sitting down, standing up, moving, lying down, literally everything! Within 2 sessions the changes were amazing, I had more movement and could do more and more with each session. Liam took the time to fully explain what was causing the problems and what he was going to do. Would 100% recommend.
I have been seeing Liam for a few years now for migraines and shoulder related stress. I have to say he’s a brilliant osteopath and with his great help my migraines are under control. If I get a blip I go more often than my monthly appointment and great back on track.
