TSTUK Coventry Taekwon-Do” are an ITF school and full time centre. Under Unified ITF and Open ITF, we run classes 7 days a week from our fully matted purpose built Dojang in Coundon Coventry. Mr and Mrs Tizick 6th and 5th Degree ITF black belts, former World Champions and Mr Tizick is the head coach to the RAF Taekwon. You’ll find no empty promises of instant results, but you will find a team who will guide you to your goal through consistent training, positive encouragement and hard work. It takes time and discipline to become good, but if you give us that, we’ll help you reach your goals. Our students are from every walk of life, all ages and all abilities. From your very first class you will be exposed realistic scenarios, intense training and a range of simple, effective techniques that really work – even in the worst situations. I stayed in Coventry temporarily for work and attended classes for about 2 months. The sign up process was very easy and the admin who runs the club was incredibly helpful. I had done some other types of martial arts before so I had high expectations. I was very impressed with how professionally run and friendly the class was. The level of training was of very high standard, the coach explained the moves very well and I never felt that I was being left behind.
Had my first experience of Martial Arts here at TST this evening. As a grown womani was quite apprehensive but ‘Sir’ made me feel at ease from the moment I got there. He was really informative of what to expect in classes and the syllabus for gradings. I really enjoyed the practical experience even thought I’m not very flexible. I enjoyed the punching exercises a little too much and even got to break my first block today. A fantastic place with amazing staff who clearly have a passion for this art. Thank you for the experience today. Look forward to next week already.
It would be hard to find a more passionate & dedicated martial arts school in Coventry. TSTUK is professionally run by Mrs & Master Tizick, they have a hard working team of instructors who have a expectation of hard work & dedication from their students.

The coaches are all so passionate about their sport and their enthusiasm and commitment is definitely contagious amongst the children. Classes are structure but fun and children leave each class feeling like they have accomplished something new. Definitely one of, if not the best children’s martial arts academies you will find.
Coaches are very friendly, easily approachable and just all round nice people. Had my children here for 18 months now and the progress they have achieved is amazing, Couldn’t thank lions gym enough.
My child loves this gym. the support provided by the trainers is exceptional.

Krav Maga Cambridge is an excellent place to learn self-defense, improve you fitness level and become part of a friendly club. The weekly hour long sessions are professionally structured around warming up, combative techniques and self-defense. During the training, Shaun – the instructor – is friendly, supportive and always encouraging.
Shaun is an excellent instructor and makes everyone feel welcome. The training is challenging but enjoyable.
There is always a very friendly atmosphere among the group.
Great experience with Shaun – the instructor. Friendly environment. The hour training is intense and I could incorporate some basic moves very quickly. Unfortunately, the time table didn’t fit very well with my job and I had to stop but I absolutely recommend it.
