Fantastic service, ordered by phone, delivery date arranged, furniture arrived and was carried up to bedroom, paid drivers in cash.
Just received delivery of my new sofas. Thank you to Paul who humoured me whilst I was deliberating in the shop for an hour before Christmas, only thing missing was a glass of fizz! Delivery guys brilliant, they had a task removing old suite, down the garden, over the fence, out into the entry, no gym membership required there! Super pleased with my sofas, thank you.
They were helpful without being pushy and have good quality, well priced carpets and furniture. Also their customer service both before and after sales is first class.

Just received my new furniture I purchased from Lords. The quality of the products are fantastic. As is the service I received from the whole team. I would definitely purchase from them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
A must go to place in Coventry for carpets and beds. Martin is an absolute pleasure to deal with, iv gone to him multiple times over 10 years for carpets, beds, mattresses and furniture. Every time I walk in recognises me no matter how many years its been, fantastic service at a family owned and run place. Not only this they are super competitive in prices, £350 cheaper than carpetright pretty much like for like but you get a much better personal service.
Plenty of choice to suit all tastes and budgets, order 2 sofas which were promptly delivered, had a slight problem with one, but this was promptly rectified ,excellent service would definitely recommend.

I am always dubious when trying a new store and especially when shopping online. But I cannot fault the furniture store. The communication was excellent and they answered any questions I might have and confirmed the deliver two days before as they promised. The sofa arrived and the delivery guys were polite and superb, also were happy to wear protection over their shoes to keep my house clean. Very happy with the sofa, it was cheap but the quality is great and looks great in my new office. Highly recommend these guys.
Absolutely sensational service from start to finish. Everyone I’ve dealt with have been really friendly and helpful, which is becoming rare in the modern day.
Ordered and delivered within 3 days. Was supposed to have a 7-11 days delivery period, but was delivered quite quickly to our pleasant surprise.The delivery people were very professional, installed the sofa and cleaned the packaging (extra costs off course but was worth it). The sofa itself is very good quality, the velvet material and colour is perfect.
