The staff were extremely welcoming and put us all at ease. We were able to ask any questions without feeling rushed in any way whatsoever. Amy Durnford was very helpful and we highly recommend Angels Solicitors.
Last year I initially contacted Angels Solicitors because I’d been told that it was too late to get a LPOA & I would need to get a Deputyship to protect my partner who has Alzheimer’s . Amy duly came to the house & after asking my partner a few questions said that in her opinion he was still capable of having a LPOA. The difference, I think, is the way the solicitor & the Dr ask the questions they need answered. They each come at them from different directions but I think the Dr is a bit more complicated in the speech he uses. Anyway. Amy proceeded to conduct the interview with both of us, filled in the paperwork, informed us of the costs involved & the timescale.
Linda is a solicitor that my wife and I truly trust. Aside from being patient and knowledgeable, Linda always has our best interest at heart. No matter how many times we have instructed Linda, she never fails us! A huge thank you for making what a difficult process is, more stress free! Highly recommend.

Solicitor was Simon Grindlay and legal secretary was Tyler Wilson. Very grateful for an in-person 90 minute meeting with Simon as well to go through all the searches and other paperwork and get his advice.
