Since 2018, Happy Hounds Coventry have been working hard to make sure dogs live their best lives. We offer more than just dog day care. From beach adventure days, mountain climbing weekends and adventure holidays. This is the Happy Hounds experience, every dog wags their tail for. Not just your average dog day care. Our interactive day care sessions are run by trained Institute of Modern Dog Training professionals, using and promoting the latest positive reward based training methods. Our regular dog day care is a fun, reliable and social place for dogs to enjoy managed play time, long country walks, enrichment games; as well as build on their basic training skills. Each session is carefully managed and dogs are placed in peer groups to match their size, age, and personality. Nala first stayed overnight with Happy Hounds last summer and has since been going once a week. What’s special about Happy Hounds is that Duncan and Emma care about your dog individually. They helped to nurture our pup and her confidence and now it is honestly the highlight of her week. She has a blast! The videos that are posted are wonderful to watch to see how she’s got on and she comes back exhausted! Such lovely people who clearly love dogs.
Milo joined as a puppy nearly 12 months ago, he hadn’t mixed with many other dogs due to lockdown. Since going he has grown in confidence and Emma and Duncan are great with him. He loves his days spent running across the countryside with his Doggy Day Care friends! It’s lovely to know that he’s being well looked after and getting lots of exercise when I’m at work ! So pleased I found Happy Hounds and highly recommend them for your Daycare and Boarding needs.
We cannot recommend Happy Hounds enough to anyone looking for somewhere to send their dog for day boarding. Emma and her team are always professional, helpful and extremely caring. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with Bobby, the way we do with HH. Even “out of hours” we’ve turned to Emma for advice and support, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

It’s been a massive benefit to the development of Jessie going to Go Out Paws. Jessie has been able to mix with other dogs which has helped her development as a young puppy. When Jessie gets picked up, she gets so excited, it’s the highlight of her day. She runs out the door, hugs and licks Angie, Sarah, Kelly and Lisa before hopping into the van to enjoy her adventure for the morning. What We Offer:
If you need your dog or dogs walking regularly or just every now and then by a mature and reliable person, you need someone like me who is experienced with walking all types, sizes and temperaments of dog who can come and take them out for about half an hour or about an hour however many times you need. All walks are always on the lead and take place in and around the area you live in, I only do 1-1 walks and not large mixed groups, so it’s only ever going to be just me and your dog making it much safer because they have my full attention. At the end of the walk I’ll give them fresh water and dry them off if its been a bit wet out. If you have more than one dog that’s no problem. Whether I will be able to walk then altogether or individually will depend on their size, strength, how they react with people and other animals.
