I called with excruciating tooth pain and needed an emergency appointment and was given an appointment within 2 hours. I am a very nervous patient and was in tears before going to be seen but Manbir was incredible! Very gentle and proceeded to treat me with a crown and fillings no pain and spoke to me every step of the way.
I had my second root canal treatment done here at Light lane surgery with Janine and she’s amazing. I’m very satisfied and she’s an amazing dentist. Makes me feel very comfortable every appointment, with no pressure and is very polite and friendly. Exceptional experience, cannot thank you enough Janine.
I registered at light lane and with in 2 weeks we were seen and treatment had started. We were seen by janine, she was very friendly and made me and my family all feel very comfortable. My dad got new dentures which have made the world of difference, would defo recommend.

Both dentist and hygienist were so lovely. I took my little boy with me (2YO) as well and all were great with him! The dentist especially made him feel so welcome. Could not recommend enough.
Dr Arshad and his team are fantastic I went after lock down my previous dentist retired and was recommended Dr Arshad I needed crowns and an implant all done painlessly and beautifully I always hid my smile now I beam and am proud of my lovely teeth!! I couldn’t have asked for better care or outcome the experience has certainly taken away any fear I had before of dentist visits. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I had a routine check up for myself and my son this week, excellent service that was above and beyond. My son is autistic and the team from start to finish we’re accommodating, experienced and overall perfect with my son, I’ve never been to an appointment before with my son and had my nerves and anxiety calmed in seconds. The dentist and dental nurse were calm, patient and understanding. They explained, showed and sat with George throughout the exam and my own, I can’t put into words what this meant to me. Thank you to the reception team who were amazing, patient and caring throughout.
I’ve been coming to this surgery for a long time and after a check up in August, was advised I needed braces and today I had them off. Dr Panchal who has been my dentist for years and oversaw my Invisalign treatment which has resulted in my teeth looking perfect. Thank you so much.
Had an emergency appointment. Fantastic service. Reception team were very sympathetic and got me in on the same day. Didn’t see my usual dentist but the lady l saw was lovely – sorry can’t remember name! Been coming for a few years now and have to say they are always a super team. The practice is lovely and clean and a high standard of care. Keep it up.
