Very good experience buying my new MTB, not at all pushy ,but sound advise and friendly service. If asked how soon I could collect the bike and was told next day , so I rang just to confirm beforehand and it was ready for collection as agreed.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff took me through the ordering process and the bike was ready for pick up the same day. Coventry store has a great range of bikes/parts in a spacious, well laid out area – well worth a visit.
Amazing customer service! I was served by Jim who was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend as I think it’s the best bike shop in Coventry.

These guys are great. I normally turn up a couple of times a year with a fiddly workshop job that I’m not capable of performing myself and they are always really helpful and sort the job out quickly and at a reasonable price. They are proper bike people who are happy to advise, help and talk bikes. I won’t go anywhere else now whether it’s a quick fix or a whole new bike. They are the best around by far.
Paul was so supportive and welcoming during our shopping experience. Helping my young man with his purchases. Lots of items from different brands. Lots of knowledge. Lots of one offs or hard to get/ limited editions and many things we will be saving up for. Great first ever visit and i know we will be back again soon.
Excellent service from Ride this morning. I purchased a skateboard for my daughter at the weekend and discovered a problem when we got it home. I called in hoping they’d be able to carry out a repair but instead was offered a replacement with no questions asked. They even replaced the custom grip tape. Highly recommended.

But what is achievable is a medium budget bike that can perform close to high performance bicycles, particularly if well maintained. At eZo cycle we intend to build bikes for purpose, with our Reimagined bikes we can do just that. Reimagined bikes is our way of do a form of custom build which is based on a stock frame from a brand and built up to be an alternative to how the brand designed it to be, therefore reimagined to be subtly different to that bike seen online or in shops, a way to be different without having to setting a high budget. If there is something wrong with your bike, Kwok will fix the problem but also inevitably improve other performance issues as well. And as important as his skills as a mechanic is Kwok’s knowledge of the cycling industry and his willingness to provide advice on what products might best suit your needs. Couldn’t recommend more strongly.
Used eZo cycle for my lads BMX. The brakes were seized and broken. Picked the bike up Sunday afternoon and returned the following day. Most importantly, brakes now work. Excellent service and would highly recommend. Very happy customer.
Recently had a Full Service carried out by Ezo Cycles. They also replaced bar tape & brake pads. Ezocycle did a great job with the service. Beautiful gear changes – haven’t had them as good for a while. Definitely recommend.
