I visited on 1 St of December, my son asked for a watch for Christmas. The lady that served me was great . She helped me decide on the perfect first watch for my teenage son with special needs . While I was there I also spotted a great gift for my partner for Christmas too.
First time in F.Hinds. The lady who served us was so incredible with my 6 year old, whilst piercing her ears. She really made the whole experience so wonderful and comfortable for her. The pricing was by far the best and we definitely felt confident that my child was in safe, knowledgeable hands. I will definitely become a regular customer now.
The assistant was friendly and helpful. I explained what I was looking for and she went and fetched a couple of selections for me to choose from. I could not fault the service in any way.

I ordered a watch online to be delivered to the Coventry showroom on the following day. As the online tracking didn’t work very well I gave the showroom a call. They promised to let me know when my parcel arrives. They called half an hour later to confirm that the watch is ready for collection. Two ladies sorted everything nicely for me, from removing links I didn’t need to arranging the Goldsmiths care. Overall a very positive experience.
Had a great customer experience, Avin was so lovely, friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Great customer service from Emily! Made me feel very comfortable and fixed the links in my watch immediately 🙂
