The car was a used car and had a few issues, these things happen with a used car, and so I had several dealings with the service department and I have to say i was REALLY impressed and could not fault either Dan or Craig in the Service Department they were friendly, helpful and professional at all times and I have had no problems whatsoever, certainly not with contacting them or being kept up to date with work being carried out as some negative reviews suggested, and have already recommended them to friends and family.
Just picked up my car from the dealership a week ago. My experience has been fair and quite different due to lockdown regulations. My first point of contact was Sophia who was a dream to work with . She was thorough and committed and explained the process in great detail.
I recently purchased a car from Johnsons Used Cars and received a fantastic service. I had seen the vehicle I was interested in on their website and went to see the vehicle. The salesman Ted was very helpful and arranged for a test drive. After the test drive which had been on a well selected route that allowed me to drive the vehicle on a variety of different roads at different speeds I decided to purchase the vehicle.

Last week I interest mercedes Slk 2016 car, today I can get and overall is good. This carshop helps to deep clean all outside and inside and also helps to change alloy wheels to black color. That’s looks beautiful This car has 10 months Mot, after see V5C, only 1 owner and I paid additional 2 years AA wannity. Everything is very good
We bought recently bought our Audi Q5 from Nayim, we are actually in Kent, but they were able to deliver the next day! Fantastic service, no pushiness, great price, nothing was too much trouble (and I asked a lot of questions!) Mo the driver was really good and patient whilst I checked out the vehicle, also called me en route and arrived when he said he would. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a car – no matter where you are.
