We had a reasonably positive experience with Elizabeth Davenport. They marketed the property with good pictures and were quite good at keeping in touch with us. The staff were polite, friendly, professional and always keen to help. The house sold for exactly the price they valued it as, and in a good timescale for us. They were very good at letting us know when viewings were scheduled etc and managing that for us.

After several traumatic years using other letting agents in Coventry, I switched to Elizabeth Davenports. Cannot recommend highly enough. Always helpful. Always get back to you. Always very knowledgeable. Icing on the cake. They’ve always found me great tenants. Carol and the team are a pleasure to work with.
