We worked with Robert recently when submitting for planning permission to extend our two bedroom property into a family home. He won us over with his pragmatic approach that was at all times respectful of both our vision and the age and history of our property. Highly recommended, We are large portfolio landlords, with in excess of 100 HMO rooms across more than 20 properties in the midlands. We have used Parm exclusively across our pipeline of developments across the city, he and his fabulous team have been instrumental in delivering excellent quality drawings which are highly detailed, and a wealth of planning knowledge to help navigate through our planning applications and building regulations. It is a highly professional outfit, with great people always willing to help, they have helped us tremendously as we aggressively expand our portfolio further.

i have no words describe about saf. Such a wonderful architect. we have quite difficult place to develop and most of the architect said no to the project but this amazing architect came forward and took it from starting and stood very well with difficult times of application process such as like a retaining wall drawing, retaining wall around protected trees, finding right people for the planning application and submission of planning to the council. if i have ten stars to review, i will give Jagya architecture 10/10. i cannot thank enough for saf’s help.
Jagya Architect (Saf) produced plans for our extension, he was very professional and put forward some great ideas. He was customer focused and always relpied to phonecalls and emails and helped with our planning. I would not hesitate recommmeding Saf to anyone. What an excellent service. Thank you.
