The first time we’ve used Anthony from Coventry Property Surveys after we were unable to find a suitable appointment with our usual surveyors. Anthony was very accommodating in working around our tenant’s schedule and was good to fit us in so quickly.
Great service. Pragmatic approach to doing survey and suggesting improvements. We implemented the suggestions and dramatically improved our EPC rating on a commercial property.
I wanted to get an EPC to see how my house performed and whether it would be worth making improvements if I meant to sell soon. I picked CPS from the Google reviews. Anthony and Sarah were efficient, clear and polite. I had a good chat with Anthony during the inspection when he gave me great advice. The Whole process from emailing to receiving paperwork took less than a week. Excellent.
