They ensure we receive a quality eye assessment, and give a clear and simple explanation of any areas of concern or potential issues.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t do enough for when I ordered new glasses. My glasses arrived earlier than time quoted. I would highly recommend Eyetech.
If you haven’t done before, go to a local independent opticians. Here the optometrist was very thorough and gave great explanations of different options available to me. The staff are all so friendly and personable, nothing is ever a trouble – even an instant fix to my glasses after running over them.

Had a lovely experience at My Optician. The staff were very friendly and so kind. The eye test was thorough and the optometrist was really nice.
The best optician I’ve had by far, excellent service, they have great attention to detail, they’re particularly great with my kid and always a great source of information.
What a fantastic experience from start to finish. All the staff at My Opticians made me feel so welcome and could not do enough to help. They were very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to purchase my specs from them again. For years I have been going to Boots Opticians but have to say I was offered alternative high quality varifocal specs at a fraction of what I used to pay at Boots and having now warn them for over a month haven’t had any issues with them. Thanks Sundeep and Team you are amazing.
