Lovely jacuzzi and swimming pool. Shower area in changing rooms is ridiculously outdated, hence 4 star.
Lovely environment , great friendly staff Caroline , Jess, Kaz, Wing go above & beyond to make me feel welcome, great atmosphere, always clean , new Sauna but could do with changing rooms being revamped.
Good facilities to train and relax, very clean. Nice staff.

What We Offer:

I opened this gym to empower women and provide them an outlet to do something in which they could enjoy and keep fit and healthy in, as well as an environment they were comfortable and able to thrive.I have a passion for training as well as helping others keep fit. Having previously worked in a women’s gym that closed down, empowered me to take the bold step and build a just for ladies gym from scratch. I did this to give something back to my local community. Something that I knew would benefit women both physically and mentally. It was important for me to create a platform for women of all ages and sizes, to train and have their own personal space away from family, work and general hectic life stresses. I invite you to come and be part of our gym and family.

What a brilliant gym. Friendly staff and other gym users were really welcoming. Great selection of quality equipment. Changing rooms also fab and there’s even a sauna. I particularly like that you don’t have to sign up for a monthly contract but can buy day or weekly passes – which are really reasonable prices.. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was I wish there were more classes.
I absolutely enjoy coming to this gym. Mainly because the staff are so friendly. I had an induction with Sana and she was extremely friendly and easy to get along. I had such a laugh with her. I would come again and again just to have a chat with her. She knew what she was doing and teaching whilst showing me around the gym. Gave me lots of good advice which i am currently using.
I’ve been to other mixed gender gyms and they’re are so crowed and busy. I feel comfortable in this gym and there a classes which are free to join if you have a membership, they help a lot with many different target areas. Love it.

What We Offer:
Evolve Fitness is a local gymnasium situated in the Coundon area of Coventry which prides itself on being an integral part of the local community. The owner of the gym comes from a background of 10 years in the fitness industry having worked in and running a gym previously. But the boss has absolutely no experience and has managed to get by on his looks alone and somehow has managed to parlay this into a brand now known throughout the city. A fun, friendly, clean and safe environment. We want everyone to feel comfortable, this has been our goal since day one and it remains or continual goal to this day. Our goal was to provide people with a place where they could chase their fitness related goals in an environment where they didn’t feel intimidated in any way.

Good size gym with matted area and bags. Very clean and welcoming unisex gym. Staff are friendly and approachable, my wife and myself train regular mid mornings and there is a good family atmosphere with random people offering advice and helping each other.
Everything you need to either gain muscle or lose weight is here. Good friendly staff willing to help out. The monthly price is excellent value for money so there aren’t any excuse not to train here. Probably has THE BEST gym mascot I’ve seen the owners British bulldog.
Hands down the best gym you can ask for. Welcoming atmosphere, High quality equipment and Delicious shakes. There’s plenty of options for weight machines and performance supplements.
